1. A big thank you to everyone that volunteers their time and energy to these efforts!
2. Need to keep librarian issues visible. Jason Schulz is a great organizer--need to support his efforts as we ramp up to bargaining time.
3. I have not been impressed with the work of the Local on behalf of the librarians since I arrived at U.C. in 2001.We have actually lost ground since then, by my calculations from the inflation figures and payroll deductions + our bargaining units contributions. I'm seriously wondering if we are with the right Union or if we should be in one.
PS A ballot with only 1 candidate for each office is not an election.
4. Great work but just wondering why there's no money for creative unifying unity solidarity t-shirts? Can we hire the UCB Art Department to make some for us?

5. Kathryn Klar is NOT an effective President and should not be re-elected. She has no tact and a very poor sense of how to negotiate on behalf of the Unit 18 Lecturers. She is the main reason why memebers do not attend meetings.
6. Thank you for your hard work! I really appreciate all you've done . . . and do!
7. Thank you
8. Thank you for all your work!
9. Thank you for staying on top of things & sending us updates, both comprehensive & summarized. Even if i can't read & respond to them all right away, i appreciate your efforts.
10. The local, especially Michelle Squitieri, Karen Klar, and Alan, have been so helpful to me and our program this semester. I'm grateful.
